Welcome to ROYS COACHING PRIVATE LIMITED. By purchasing any course, subscription, test series, mock test, or digital product from our platform, you agree to the following refund policy.
1. Digital Products & Courses
All courses, test series, study materials, subscriptions, and digital products available on our platform are non-returnable and non-refundable once access has been provided.
As these are digital educational services with instant access, refunds are generally not applicable after successful purchase.
2. Duplicate Transactions
If your account is charged multiple times for the same transaction due to a technical issue, the extra charged amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 working days after verification.
3. Failed Transactions
If payment is deducted from your account but the service/course is not activated, please contact us with:
- Registered mobile number
- Transaction ID
- Payment screenshot
After verification, we will either activate the service or process the refund within 7 working days.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided under the following conditions:
- Wrong course purchased by the user
- Change of mind after purchase
- Incomplete usage of the course
- Internet/device-related issues from the user’s side
- Violation of platform rules or terms
5. Subscription Cancellation
Users can cancel subscription auto-renewal anytime before the next billing cycle. However, already paid subscription fees are non-refundable.
